Our Privacy Statement explains our on-line information practices and the choices that you may make about how your personal information is collected and used.

 

1.       Our Confidential Chat
For your convenience we provide you with the opportunity to chat privately with one of our consultants. This is a free confidential service. We do not know who you are unless you share the information with us. We do not retain any information about you.

2.      Your Resume
McIntyremgmt.com provides a place for matching job seekers to meet, interact and be interviewed by potential employers* and for employers* to profile what they offer job seekers, as well as our traditional placement services. For this interchange to take place, however we ensure that your information is held securely and only released to those potential employers* who have purchased the proper clearance. We use many sources to collect information, including but not limited to the following, your resume, cover letter, questionnaires and our pages you visit. We may collect all personal you share in those windows.  

2.    We provide you with choices that may allow you to facilitate some control over how your resume is distributed to prospective employers*. You may mark your resume as Public, Confidential or Private. Should you mark your resume public, it may be made available to any employer* who requests it. Should you mark your resume confidential, your name, address and other contact information may be withheld from prospective employers*. Your information will only be shared with potential employers* after you have given us your specific permission for your resume to be sent to that employer*. Should you mark your resume private, we may keep your resume on file and may forward it electronically in response to job postings that interest you and we will send you the applicable job orders before doing this..

To prevent unauthorized access to those items that you choose to keep private, we use appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect your data. We take every precaution to guarantee that your data will be protected from unauthorized access or use.

When submitting a resume, we will use the information provided to:

1. Permit direct employers* and other employment services* to view the material. Confidentiality of name and address is determined by the submitter. While a high level confidential screening may be chosen, it is the obligation of the submitter to conceal information that may disclose their identity, examples include: current employer, special skill sets, educational background, etc., if you wish this information not to be released.

2. The information will be used to inform those submitting resumes about job opportunities. This can be in the form of direct employment with employers* or through other third party employment services* or through McIntyre Employment Agency Inc. and our subsidiaries.

3. The information will be used to inform those submitting resumes about job opportunities at various career fairs in the area.

4. The information may at times be rented to parties who would like to address the submitter directly through alternative solicitation such as direct mail. Those renting the lists will either be direct employers, employment agencies or other services that could supply various career related enhancing services. Examples of other services could be educational opportunities, equipment offerings, etc. If you do not wish your information to be rented please indicate that on your submission.

2. Other Information About You

a. Contact Information. When you register for our service submitting your resume or a personal interview, we ask several questions about you, including but not limited to, your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, your education, and work experience. We use this contact information to identify you within our internal databases and to contact you as well as for internal management and statistical purposes.

b. Other Information. When you register with us whether in person or on-line, we ask about the type of job you are seeking, your highest level of education achieved and your current employment status. You may add information about other schools you attended, and additional jobs you have held. Employers* searching through our resume database to match their needs to your interests as well as our internal consulting staff seeking the right position for you, and our  management personnel may access this information for statistical purposes.

3. Cookies
A cookie is a small bit of information that a web site stores on your computer. When you revisit the web site, your browser sends the information back to the site. Usually a cookie is designed to remember and tell a web site some useful information about you. We use cookies so that you don't have to enter your password every time that you return to our site.

4. Removing Information
You may request that any or all of your information be removed from our databases at any time via a written (email) request to: marleemcintyre@yahoo.com. We will respond within 48 hours telling you that you have been removed.

Our Privacy Statement is subject to change. The Internet is a dynamic and evolving environment and new uses for information are developing almost daily, so we recommend that you review our privacy policy frequently.
