Our Steps of Recruitment
We hold an
initial
consultation with you to establish the assignment parameters, familiarize ourselves with your culture and your
company’s profile to identify its strengths to attract desired the
candidates.
If we need additional information, we
speak with the direct hiring managers to help us refine the job definition
and the requisite skills needed.
To source the initial candidate pool, we:
- Search our data base
- Network through related industries
- Network with our affiliates to access their
database
- Advertise, if you so direct us. (This is a fee
for service.)
- Initially screen candidates by telephone
- Choose our finalist candidate pool.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to chose our
finalist list.
- Candidate assessments.
- Administer testing, if necessary.
- Conduct at least one work reference to verify
our assessments.
Only then we will submit a list of our finalists
to you.

We coordinate interviews
- If you request we will assist you with the
initial interviewing process.
- Follow-up on interviews and maintaining commentary with both you
and the candidates.
- References will be completed on all candidates invited back for a 2nd
interviews.
- In
consultation with you and the candidate, we will assist you in
negotiation of the offer of employment.
Celebrate with you
and the candidate upon acceptance of offer.
Advise
unsuccessful candidates and debrief them. We will provide
applicable feedback to you to refine your interviewing process.
All
of the above is nothing unless we can wrap it all up by doing it
ethically and
professionally.
Continue our dialogue with the candidate and you to ensure the
relationship is successful for all.
Through out all of this we maintain constant communications with both
you
and the candidates.
