Contingency or Retained
Like
the business we serve, MMR Jobs believes in being paid for results. As
mainly a contingent search firm, this ensures you already have
experienced our Quality – Value – Service Always before
you are required to pay – you have hired a candidate, which we
represented to you.
IT, Marketing, Engineering,
Technical, Sales, Accounting,
Administration, and First-Line Management Positions:
25% of total annual compensation
Executive Positions
35% of total annual compensation
We submit our
invoice upon acceptance of offer and payment is due the
day the employee commences his/her employment
or not later than 10 calendar days.
Terms: NET 10 Calendar Days
Special fee arrangements and volume rebates are negotiable
upon our
acceptance of your assignment.
Our Service Guarantee
MMR Jobs understands
that the sourcing and selecting a new employee requires a considerable
investment in time and money. To ensure that you are confident in your
new hire, we protect your investment by providing you our service
guarantee. When we receive payment within 10 calendar days of the
acceptance of offer, the guarantee is validated. We help manage this
risk for you by providing our guarantee* with all of our candidates. If
our candidate is terminated or voluntarily terminates his/her employment
with you within the guarantee period, we will conduct a replacement
search at no additional cost.
We
provide a full 120-calendar day replacement guarantee, provided payment
is received within 10 days of acceptance of offer.
In the event our candidate is terminated or resigns within the guarantee
period,
a suitable replacement or credit towards future assignments
will be provided.
A credit is valid for 12 months from the date of
termination or resignation.
Our guarantee is limited to the performance and/or suitability of the
candidate
and does not apply if the candidate's position becomes
redundant,
or the company closes or relocates.
Our
guarantee is not valid on a replacement.

Retained Search Fee
Our clients often take
advantage of a retainer based fee structure when they call upon MMR Jobs
to locate critical management team members. Retaining a search firm to
target and source top-tier executives can produce several benefits a
contingent search may lack. Seasoned executives understand potential
employers are prepared to take action when a retainer is secured and
will react accordingly to the opportunity with equal commitment. This
initial commitment alone can be the single most critical element of the
search process. Retained searches are calculated in this manner:

A fee equaling an
agreed upon percentage of the employees estimated first year's cash
compensation is divided into three equal installments.

The first of these
three installments is collected upon the written agreement and
confirmation of search services by the client.

The second
installment is collected after the successful completion of the first
client/candidate meeting or 30 days from the initial signed search
agreement, which ever may happen first.

The third and final installment is
billed due within 14 days of the acceptance of offer..
Expenses incurred
during the search process directly relevant to client/candidate meetings
are calculated and billed accordingly on a monthly basis. All
reimbursements are reviewed and approved by MMR Jobs' clients prior to
our invoicing.
Other search firms
often boast the practice of turning down contingent search business due
to their clients' inability to commit to a retained search agreement.
MMR Jobs only provide the tools for this determination process. Our
clients ultimately make the decision to whether a retained search or a
