Marlene is one of three industry leaders to be awarded the highest recognition for her contribution to the betterment of her profession, Appac’s Outstanding Contributor Award. APPAC became ACSESS in 1998.

She served a four-year term on the Board of Directors for National Personnel Association (NPA).

Her community involvement includes being a recognized leader in the Hamilton A.M. Rotary Club where she currently is the Communication Chair
