 NEW MEMBER JOINS BOARD

 

 

June 8, 2001 – Hamilton, ONPaul Polito, Director of Clinical and Corporate Services for Hurst Place Employee Assistance Program Consortium, has joined the Hamilton Safe Communities Coalition’s Board of Directors in the role of Treasurer.

 

Former Treasurer Marlene McIntyre, owner of McIntyre Management Resources, has been elected to the role of Vice Chair of the Coalition.  Mrs. McIntyre will begin her term as Vice Chair immediately.

On January 26, 2000 the Hamilton Safe Communities Coalition was officially launched, and through the Coalition’s efforts, Hamilton was nationally designated as a Safe Community by the Safe Communities Foundation of Canada.  Our mission is to make Hamilton the safest community in Canada to live, learn, work and play.
